Once again the Central District will be fielding an All-star team for Summer play.  Team Austin was very successful in its first two years so we have decided once again to field a team as well as add a 9^th/10^th team this Summer with the same mission and intent.  The primary goal of Team Austin is to take the best players in the Central District, as selected by the local Coaches, and get them national exposure through camps and national tournaments at the lowest cost possible.  This is a team for the District, by the District, and not a business venture.

Tryouts are by invitation only.  We will send out invitations immediately following the Post-season award announcements in April and select 23 players per team based on the results of those tryouts.    Here is the information and schedule for the summer of 2012:

Tryouts:

May 12^th - at Westlake High School, Time TBD

Tournaments & Games:

 June 1^st - T-99 Showcase Game in Dallas, Time & Exact Location TBD

June 3^rd & 4^th – T-99 Team Austin players will get an automatic invitation

June 22^nd – 24^th – Baltimore Summer Kickoff – 9^th/10^th Team

July 22^nd – 25^th – Battle of the Hotbeds in Delaware – Elite Team
